Creating and Publishing Your Event on EventHi – EventHi Help Center

Follow the steps below to create and publish your event successfully on EventHi.

Step 1: Sign In to Your Account

Go to https://eventhi.io and log in to your EventHi account.

Step 2: Click "Create"

Once logged in, click the Create button in your dashboard to begin building your event.

Step 3: Complete the Event Details Section

Fill out all required event information carefully:

Event Title – Enter the name of your event.
Event Description – Provide a clear and detailed overview of your event, including what attendees can expect.
Event Categories – Select the categories that best match your event.
Event Highlights – Add key features such as speakers, entertainment, vendors, etc.
Cannabis Allowed – Indicate whether cannabis consumption is permitted at your event.
Private Event – Choose whether your event is public or private.

Step 4: Add Your Location

Select In-Person or Online.
If in-person, enter the full venue address.
If online, provide the event link (Zoom, webinar link, etc.).

Step 5: Set the Date and Time

Enter the correct event date and start/end times. Double-check your time zone to ensure accuracy.

Step 6: Upload Your Main Image

Add a high-quality main event image. This is the first thing attendees see, so make sure it represents your event professionally.

Step 7: Create Your Tickets

Set up your ticket types by:

Naming each ticket (General Admission, VIP, Early Bird, etc.)
Setting ticket prices
Adding quantities available
Setting sale start and end dates (if applicable)

Step 8: Create Your Sponsorship Page

If you plan to offer sponsorship opportunities, enable your sponsorship page.

Step 9: Create Sponsorship Packages

Add sponsorship tiers (e.g., Gold, Silver, Bronze) and clearly outline what each package includes and the pricing.

Step 10: Publish Your Event

Once all sections are complete and reviewed for accuracy, click Publish Event.

Your event will now be live on the EventHi marketplace and ready to start selling tickets.
