Congratulations on publishing your event on EventHi!
To receive payments for your ticket and sponsorship sales, you must complete our secure and encrypted Payout Form.
Step 1: Complete the EventHi Payout Form
After publishing your event, you will receive an email from billing@eventhi.io containing a link to complete your encrypted EventHi Payout Form.
This form securely collects your payout and banking information so we can properly deposit your event earnings.
When completing the payout form, you will have the option to select how you would like to receive your funds:
- ACH Direct Deposit: Funds are deposited directly into your bank account.
- Certified Check: A physical check will be mailed to the address you provide.
Please make sure all information entered in the form is accurate and matches your legal or business records. We use this information for tax reporting purposes and to complete required compliance reviews, including verification checks required by our financial institution. Inaccurate or incomplete information may delay your payout.
Once submitted, your payout details will be securely stored in your account. For any future events you host on EventHi, your payout information will already be on file and ready to go — no need to resubmit unless your banking information changes.
